1. Booking and Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid credit/debit card at the time of booking.
  • Reservations made directly through our website are eligible for exclusive offers and rates.
  • Guests must provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process. Any false information may lead to cancellation without refund.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM | Check-Out: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid photo ID (passport for international guests, government-issued ID for Indian guests) must be presented at the time of check-in.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Full or partial payment may be required upon booking, depending on the rate plan chosen.
  • Cancellation policies vary by rate plan:
  • Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge for one night’s stay.
  • Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds are available. Any cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
  • Payments can be made via major credit/debit cards, cash, or digital payment platforms.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

5. Guest Conduct and House Rules

  • Hotel White Rabbit is a non-smoking property. Designated smoking areas are available; smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee.
  • Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner. Any form of harassment, disturbance, or damage to property may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • We encourage guests to respect the cultural and serene environment of Pushkar, by not consuming any alcohol.

6. Child and Extra Bed Policy

  • Children of all ages are welcome. However, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

7. Pets

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Hotel White Rabbit to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

8. Liability

  • Hotel White Rabbit is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please utilize the safe provided in your room for valuables.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to hotel property, whether intentional or accidental, and will be billed accordingly.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Your details are used solely for the purposes of booking, billing, and ensuring a quality experience during your stay.
  • Hotel White Rabbit does not share personal information with third parties without guest consent, except where required by law.

10. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for any cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Hotel White Rabbit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes through our website.
