  • No Refunds for Cancellations: Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of the reason.
  • No Refunds for Changes: Modifications to booking dates, room types, or length of stay are not permitted for non-refundable reservations.

2. Limited Flexible Rate Options

  • In select cases, we may offer flexible rate plans with a different cancellation policy. For these plans:
  • Free Cancellation: If specified, cancellations made within the stated timeframe (e.g., 48 hours prior to check-in) are eligible for a refund.
  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: For late cancellations or no-shows under flexible rates, a one-night charge will apply.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date and has not notified us, the booking will be marked as a no-show. For non-refundable reservations, the entire booking is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  • We understand that unexpected events can affect travel plans. In exceptional cases (such as government-imposed travel restrictions or emergencies), please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are generally not available, we will work to explore alternative options when possible.
